Belver bows to Havana.
The most distinguished lady of the
Atlantic wears a gala gown; and with all the dignity of her years, she assumes
one more. But not just any one more. The most elegant lady in the Atlantic
celebrates her 500th anniversary!
The sons and daughters of Havana salute
her with all the admiration and vehemence that only a child of Havana can know.
With all the nobleness known only by the sons and daughters of a lady who has
survived conquests, outrages, looting, and that after shaking the dust off has
had the audacity to give birth to sons like José Martí, nothing more needs to
be said... And has given and given birth to sons and daughters who carry her in
their souls to the most unexpected places and who never cease to long for its
waters, its portals, its columns...
Let's raise our glasses and toast
to Havana, the capital and small homeland of all Cubans, because no lady, like
Havana, knows how to open to all the doors to her essence and make you always
feel at home.
Belver salutes its Havana, reverences
its 500 years and hopes to continue to enjoy it many years more; and we will do
so by continuing the traditions of our ancestors.
We invite everyone to participate
from our social networks and to join us for this great celebration.
